sometimes i think about how namjoon woke up earlier to work with a translator in preparation for interviews in the usa. and it makes me sad (+ so so proud). then i think about how much he must’ve practiced on his own, mumbling to himself, running through things in his head, maybe even jotting down notes or something. then i think about the actual interview moments, both this year and last. i recall how hard he works to process questions and formulate appropriate responses. and how supportive he is when encouraging the other members to speak. and i think about how he did it over and over again in front of cameras and intense journalists and screaming fans. for multiple days. do you know how exhausting that is? no, you definitely don’t. so i hope you appreciate him for everything he’s done, and everything he will continue to do. not only for bts, but for us, his fans, who he should count on to support him day in and day out.
